These terms apply to orders placed with HALVEX, operated by BluePeak Supply Chain Management (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd..

Orders

An order is confirmed when we send a written order confirmation stating the product, quantity, total price, delivery cost and estimated delivery date.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per order in the currency agreed with you. Payment terms are stated on the order confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on destination and customs. See Shipping and returns.

Warranty

Products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See Warranty.

Intended use

HALVEX backpacks are carry equipment. They are not personal protective equipment and are not fire-resistant.
