Every HALVEX backpack is covered for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship: seams, zips, buckles and webbing that fail under normal use.

Not covered

Normal wear, cuts, burns or heat damage, and damage from use beyond the product's purpose.

How to claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the problem. If the claim is accepted, we repair or replace the item.
